ProteoSep™ is an all-liquid phase alternative to 2D PAGE that uses high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to produce high resolution 2D maps of very complex protein systems such as whole cell lysates. HPLC and HPLC/MS have already proven very important for complex peptide analysis in Proteomics.
